APPLE CRUMBLE BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS

    n

  • 2 cups (~145g) oats
  • n

  • 3 cups (~710ml) plant milk or any milk of your choice
  • n

  • 2 apples
  • n

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • n

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • n

  • Pinch of salt
  • n

METHOD

    n

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F
  2. n

  3. Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
  4. n

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.
  6. n

  7. Serve warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
