- 2 cups (~145g) oats
- 3 cups (~710ml) plant milk or any milk of your choice
- 2 apples
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

METHOD

- Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F
- Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.
- Serve warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
