How do I know what herbs you’ll need.
Once your iridology report is compete, I will have accessed what glands in the endocrine system needs support and specifically pick herbs for you based on this. The iridology helps me to identify if your liver, for example, may need cleansing, support or nourishment and if so I add herbs to address that for you.
I will determine what herbs you may need to support your nervous system, your energy levels, your mental health and your hormones. All areas of the body will be accessed in the iridology report and then I identify what herbs I need to use to ensure you get the best results.

One this is decided we mix the herbs for you and post them to you. The herbs will last you for approx. 1 month. Towards the end of your tonic we will then contact you to see how you are doing. If changes need to be made to your tonic at this stage, we can do so. We will continue to access you going forward for 3 months. We stay with you until you have reached your health goal and I will not stop adjusting your tonics until we get you to 100% health and wellness. That is my mission and promise to you!

What are hormones?

Your hormones include adrenaline, insulin and cortisol and the thyroid hormones, as well as the sex hormones oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Hormones are secreted by various glands around the body including your pituitary, thyroid and adrenal glands, and travel through the bloodstream to reach their target organ.

When hormones are out of balance
