Replacement Food Intolerance Test

This replacement food intolerance test is to replace your first testing kit. It is for those who have not registered their blood sample and consultation form back to us in the post. i.e the blood sample etc are now missing in the post!

You will now need a replacement testing kit to start the process again.

We strongly advise you, as before, to register post your sample back to us. We have no control over the post and it is your responsibility to ensure we receive your testing kit safely.
