Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns
The Health & Nutrition Coach will normally dispatch items within three working days of receiving your order. We will advise you by email when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 21 days for receipt of international orders as the speed of international postal services is beyond our control. Many customers will receive their order in a much shorter period of time.
Delivery costs are included in the cost of the item, therefore there are not additional charges for shipping. Most of our products are shipped via a private courier and An Post.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

GDPR – Data Retention and Deletion
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection legislation, we operate a strict data minimisation and retention policy. Personal information collected in connection with our services, including customer names, addresses, contact details, consultation or test information, files and related records, is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that may require certain records to be retained. Once the relevant purpose has been fulfilled and there is no legal requirement or legitimate reason for continued retention, personal data and associated customer files are securely deleted or destroyed. This includes personal details, addresses, customer files and other information that could identify an individual. Transaction information is also deleted when it is no longer required for legal, accounting or other statutory purposes. We do not retain customer files indefinitely or keep personal information simply for future use. Our approach is based on the GDPR principle of storage limitation, which requires organisations to ensure that personal data is not retained for longer than necessary.
