Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns
The Health & Nutrition Coach will normally dispatch items within three working days of receiving your order. We will advise you by email when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 21 days for receipt of international orders as the speed of international postal services is beyond our control. Many customers will receive their order in a much shorter period of time.


Delivery costs are included in the cost of the item, therefore there are not additional charges for shipping. Most of our products are shipped via a private courier and An Post.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Health and Nutrition Coach , Lime Kiln, Miarh Turloughmore Co. Galway H65XR92 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Euro 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Food Intolerance Testing:

If you are unable to provide us with a blood sample, this is not the fault of The Health and Nutrition Coach and you are not entitled to a refund on these basis. Failure to provide us with a blood sample does not entitle you to a refund! It is your responsibility on purchasing this test to provide us with a blood sample. 

Lost Blood Sample in Post: Please note we advise you to register post your blood sample back to us, (this you will see on the back of your consultation form) if you fail to do so and it does not arrive with us though regular post, this is not the fault of The Health and Nutrition Coach. It is your responsibility to get your blood sample safely to us, hence why we highly recommend registered post. If the blood sample is not delivered to us via the An Post service this is not the fault of The Health and Nutrition Coach and in this case you are not entitled to a refund! 

Iridology 

In order to provide you with a full Iridology report on your iris you are required to provide us with clear images. If you wish you can send us a video of both iris’s instead of an image. Failure to provide us with clear images does not entitle you to a refund.  It is your responsibility to provide us with clear images for your report.
